EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Koebbe is a Senior Environmental Specialist with more than 15 years of consulting experience, including wetland delineations; tree surveys, threatened and endangered species surveys and habitat assessments, permitting, construction inspections and project management. Mr. Koebbe has conducted numerous wetland delineations and negotiated nationwide and individual permits for pipeline construction, residential development, and commercial development projects. He has prepared and filed Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) resource reports and permit applications for natural gas pipeline environmental compliance. He has obtained environmental clearances (threatened and endangered species, Section 404, discharge, and water acquisition) on multiple pipeline and high-voltage transmission line construction projects throughout the Midwest. Ms. Koebbe-Vihtelic is a Senior Compliance Analyst with over twenty five years of experience in the environmental field in both the public and private sectors, serving as an environmental consultant to industry, a corporate level director of environmental services responsible for coordinating environmental regulatory compliance activities for operations in multiple states and a joint-venture international operation, and in a supervisory position in a state environmental regulatory agency, managing engineers and scientists conducting permit reviews, compliance investigations and citizen complaint resolution in an eight county regional jurisdiction. Ms. Koebbe-Vihtelic has prepared numerous air and water permit applications and coordinated compliance activities for industrial, residential and commercial development projects.
